Cancellation Policy
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at time of registration as part of the first instalment (totalling $1249). Instalments paid (minus $500 non-refundable deposit) are refundable until 31st May 2023. Any cancellation made between 1st June 2023 and 10th August 2023 (GMT/BST) will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between 11th August 2023 (GMT/BST) and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.
